NLI Legislative Updates:

· Effective immediately, countable coaches may text message any PSA for whom we have received a signed valid NLI. The prohibition on text messaging remains in effect for any PSA who has not signed an NLI.

· Effective immediately, coaching staff may use express mail to send necessary pre-enrollment information regarding orientation, conditioning, academics and practice activities to PSAs who have signed an NLI or have been accepted by Pitt. Any other information must still be sent regular mail. In addition, pre-enrollment information may only be sent as black and white attachments to general correspondence via regular mail to a PSA who has not signed an NLI or has not been admitted to Pitt.
