Jan Wannstedt will be hosting her annual Football 101 sponsored by AT&T, Tuesday, Sept. 28 at the Duratz Athletic Complex on Pittsburgh’s South Side from 6:30-8:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 6 p.m.

Jan’s Football 101 will cover everything from football’s basics, to more advanced subjects such as game plans, taught by Jan herself, as well as other guests including a collegiate referee and select Pitt football staff.

Women in attendance will be able to get in on the action, with the option of running a few drills themselves, and will be taken on a tour of Pitt’s UPMC Sports Performance Complex, where the Panthers practice daily. Food and beverages will be included in the price of the $30.

Those in attendance are encouraged to bring canned goods for donation to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
