Thank you for purchasing tickets for the Pitt vs. Syracuse game on Saturday, November 3 at 12 P.M. Below are a few important reminders that hopefully will assist in making sure your game-day experience is great:
Parking for oversized vehicles is restricted on the North Shore. If you are traveling to the game in an oversized vehicle, please call the Panthers Ticket Office at 1-800-643-PITT for more information.
An oversized vehicle is defined as any vehicle that requires more than one (1) parking space.

For the safety of all fans, please remember that items such as bags, coolers, and large purses are not permitted in Heinz Field. For a complete list of those items not permitted, please click here.
Will Call is located at the Panthers Ticket Office near Gate A of Heinz Field and will open at 8 A.M. Please plan to arrive early in order to expedite entry into Heinz Field and avoid waiting in line at Will Call.
Ticket sales are located at the Steelers Ticket Office near Gate B of Heinz Field and will begin at 8 A.M. Tickets can be purchased via cash and credit (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
Heinz Field parking lots will open at 7 A.M
Heinz Field gates will open at 10 A.M.
