Jennifer Csonka is in her eleventh year as an athletic trainer at PITT. Csonka handles the head athletic trainer duties for the Panthers' women soccer team. Csonka is no stranger to PITT. She is a 2000 graduate of the university with a bachelor's degree in athletic training.
Csonka went on to receive her master's degree in kinesiology in 2003 from San Jose State University. While at San Jose State University Csonka served as the head athletic trainer at Westmont High School in Campbell, CA.
Prior to joining the Panthers' staff, Csonka served as a health and fitness specialist at Hewlett Packard in Palo Alto, CA, where she worked with the employees developing fitness programs, expanding their health education and teaching body sculpting classes. She is an NATABOC certified athletic trainer with certified first aid, CPR and AED training, is an American Red Cross instructor and is an accredited clinical instructor.
A New Jersey native, Csonka and her husband Art have a daughter Ella.
