Asst. Strength & Conditioning Coach, Olympic Sports

Kevin Argauer is in his Third year as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Panthers. Kevin oversees program development for the Men's Baseball Team as well as Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country programs.

Coach Argauer earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2010. He earned his Strength and Conditioning Coach - Certified (SCCC) from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches association in 2011.

Kevin graduated from Robert Morris University in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Robert Morris University in 2009. While at RMU Kevin Interned with the strength and conditioning department and was 5 time all conference athletes for the track and field team.

Before coming to the University of Pittsburgh Kevin worked at Creighton University, and The University of Akron.

In addition to his responsibilities with the Panthers Kevin is an Elite level power lifter. His best lifts are an 800 Squat, 625 Bench, and 740 Deadlift and a 2165 pound three lift total.
