Beyond the Bio
What is one thing everyone should do when they visit the city of Pittsburgh?
Go on a Just Ducky Tour! What a fun way to learn about the history of Pittsburgh.
Hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and attending all the extracurricular activities and sporting events my children are involved in. Our family also loves to hike and bike along the Youghiogheny River Trail.
Favorite Pitt athletics moment?
When Pitt upset Notre Dame in the final game at Pitt Stadium! The fans brought the goal posts down that day and the excitement and energy that poured out of the stadium was an unforgettable experience.
"It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great." I tell my kids this all the time whether I’m talking about coursework, athletics, any sort of practice, etc. If it were easy, everyone would do it. Most things that are worthwhile and meaningful to you take time and effort.
