Address Changes
All address changes must be submitted in writing to the University of Pittsburgh Ticket Office and can be sent via mail or fax. The University of Pittsburgh will not be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an incorrect address.
Transfer of Tickets
Season tickets are only transferable to a surviving spouse.
Refunds
All tickets ordered from the University of Pittsburgh are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Lost/Misplaced Ticket Policy
Please put your tickets in a safe place. The University of Pittsburgh will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
Acceptable Forms of Payment for Tickets
The Pittsburgh Panther Ticket Office will accept cash, check, money order, and credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) as a form of payment. Full payment must be received at the time of the order.
Any check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seats. There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned check.
Ticket Deadlines
In order to provide the best service possible to all of our customers, any or all deadline dates listed on any ticket applications or special promotions are absolute and final. Unrenewed season tickets will be
released and become available for public sale on the stated deadline.
Allocation of Season Tickets
Season ticket orders will be allocated based on the Team Pittsburgh Priority Point System on a best available basis. All ticket deadlines will be applicable.
Allocation of Single Game Tickets (For Season Ticket Holders)
Season ticket holders may certainly purchase additional individual game tickets. Unfortunately, we are unable to allocate these tickets next to your season ticket location. Individual game tickets are allocated on a best available basis at the time of sale. For all seat assignments, the ticket priority system (Team Pittsburgh Priority Point System) will be used to determine both availability and seat location.
Club Level Seats (Football)
Companies, groups, and individuals may want to consider watching Panther Football from the comfort of the club level seats. Pittsburgh Panther club seats offer you a classy atmosphere to entertain your most valued clients and staff. The club level seats include TV monitors, bars, and lounges offering ticket holders a breathtaking view of the city's skyline. Club level seats are available on a season ticket plan. Group Tickets
The Pittsburgh Panthers would like to invite your company, school, church,

Mailing of Tickets
All tickets ordered will be mailed via first class mail.
Football season tickets are typically mailed during the beginning of August.
Football away game tickets will be mailed two weeks before the scheduled
game date.
Basketball season tickets are typically mailed during the middle of
October.
Will Call
All orders placed within 6 business days of an event will be held in WILL CALL. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all customers must show a valid photo ID. The person ordering the tickets MUST be the person picking the tickets up. Any alterations to this policy must be arranged with the University of Pittsburgh Ticket Office in advance of the event. The WILL CALL window will close at halftime.
