Panthers Explore Lake Como, Win Third Game, Return Home
TRAVEL LOG:
MONDAY, AUGUST 14, 2017
- 8:30-8:55 a.m.: Breakfast.
- 9:12 a.m.: Depart hotel in Mestre on bus.
- 10:24 a.m.: Arrive in Verona.
- 11:09 a.m.: Stroll through the streets of Venice, en route to Juliet's House (yes, that Juliet).
- 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: On your own to eat.
Quick visit to Verona, and now we're on to our final destination: Lake Como!

- 12:52 p.m.: Back on the bus, en route to Cernobbio on Lake Como.
- 3:20 p.m.: Arrive at hotel in Cernobbio, view the lake from the lobby.
- 4 p.m.: Depart on boat tour of Lake Como, en route to Bellagio.

- 4:21 p.m.: View George and Amal Clooney's villas from the boat.
- 4:22 p.m.: Lament that the Clooneys aren't in town.

- 6 p.m.: Depart Bellagio, en route to the hotel.

- 7-10 p.m.: On your own to eat.
- 10:30 p.m.: Lights out.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 15, 2017 (ASSUMPTION DAY HOLIDAY IN ITALY)
- 8:30 a.m.: Breakfast. GAMEDAY.
- 9 a.m.-3 p.m.: On your own to explore, eat and relax (it's also #NationalRelaxationDay, after all).
- 3-3:30 p.m.: Pregame meal.

- 10:21 a.m.: Arrive at Gate B2; board Boeing 767.
- 11 a.m.: Takeoff, en route to Atlanta. (10 hour, 25 minute flight)
- 3:27 p.m. ET (9:27 p.m. CEST): Touchdown in Atlanta.
