1. Open the All-Access player (you will see the screen asking you to download Microsoft Silverlight)
2. Click on the "download" button in the top left. A dialog box will appear.
3. Click "Run". Another dialog box will appear.
4. Click "Run" again. A Microsoft Silverlight box will appear.
5. Click "Install Now" and wait a moment. The box will indicate a successful installation.
6. You will need to close the All-Access window after installation and reopen it for the download to take effect.

- Note: Windows 2000 SP4 and Silverlight 2.0 support the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 browser only

- 16-bit sound card and speakers
- 65,000-color video display card
- Internet connection: High Speed Broadband Connection at least 500kbps
- Web browser (see above); cookies enabled
- Flash 9.0 or higher

- The Microsoft Silverlight installation is now complete
- Click on the OK button to re-start your Mac
