MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2007
1: Click to choose the schedule of your choice.
2: Outlook 2007 will open.
3: A pop-up message will appear in Outlook and will read "Add this Internet Calendar to Outkook and subrsibe to updates?" then Click Yes.

GOOGLE CALENDAR
1: Click to choose the schedule of your choice.
2: In the bottom right corner, click the Google Calendar button.
3: Sign in if necessary.
4: Click, "Yes, add this calendar."

APPLE iCAL
1: Click to choose the schedule of your choice.
2: iCal will open.
3: A pop-up message will appear asking if you want to add the calendar and subscribe to updates.
4: Click Yes.
5: Choose personal settings then click Ok.

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2003
1: Click and download the Outlook 2003 file for the schedule of your choice from above.
2: Save file to your computer.
3: After the download is complete locate and open the file then follow the instructions below.
4: Open Outlook 2003:
5: Select File / Import and Export
6: Select "Import from another program or file" then click Next
7: Select: "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" then click Next
8: Find the .CSV file that you just downloaded and select: "Do not import duplicate items" then click Next
9: Click on the calendar then click Next
10: In the next window click the box next to the option labeled:"Import "schedule_name.csv" into folder: Calendar.
11: Click and drag the fields from the left window into the right window, as follows:
- SUBJECT to Subject
- START_DATE to Start Date
- START_TIME_ET to Start Time
- SUBJECT to Subject
- LOCATION to Location
- DESCRIPTION to Description
- END_DATE to End Date
- END_TIME_ET to End Time
If you would like Outlook to place a reminder:
- REMINDER_OFF to Reminder On/Off
13: Click Ok
14: Click Finish
