The Panther Club serves as the official fundraising unit for Pitt Athletics. We are a non-profit organization charged with raising annual funding for student-athlete scholarships. In addition to this support, the Panther Club also spearheads capital facility fundraising projects. Each year, thousands of Pitt fans pledge their support of Pitt student-athletes through donations to the Panther Club. Thanks to our loyal members, Pitt's more than 450 student-athletes, in 19 varsity sports have the opportunity to pursue an outstanding education and compete athletically at the highest level.

The University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department participates with automobile dealerships in an athletic courtesy car program called Wheels of Support.
Wheels of Support participants play an integral role in promoting the University of Pittsburgh sports programs in the areas of recruiting, public relations and fundraising. The automobiles they provide allow our coaches and administrators the ability to visit hundreds of prospective student-athletes and fans each year.
