2007-2008: Laura Barnes competed at the 2008 Canadian Olympic Trials...recorded a 13th-place finish in the 100 & 200 breast, during her first Big East Championship meet...posted the team's second-best time in the 100 breast at the Princeton `Big Al' Invitational...tallied a season-best in the 200 breast at the BEC, which was the third fastest time on the team during the season...recorded a team top-five finish in the 500 free...took third in the 100 breast against Virginia.
