Blair Wegescheide and Dani des Tombe lead off relays in record setting fashion
2012-2013: Swam in the 200 freestyle relay, finishing fifth...Also swam in the 100 back and 100 free against St. Bonaventure...Versus Virginia she swam the 100 back and 200 medley relay...Against West Virginia, she was part of both fifth place 200 medley relay team and 400 free relay team...Was a part of the third place 200 medley relay team at the Western PA Invitational where she also placed second in the 100 yard back.
High School: Holds high school records in the 100 back, 50 free, 200 free relay and 200 medley relay...was the first freshman to qualify for and compete at the NY State Championships...qualified for states all four years in the 200 back...as a senior, finished first in the 100 back and second in the 100 free at the divisional meet, finished seventh in the 100 back and fifth in the 50 free at the section meet and finished 10th in the 100 back at the state championships...contributed to a team record of 11-1 as a senior...named All-League four consecutive years (2008-11) and All-Section in 2008 and '11...was a scholar athlete all four years...swam on the Patriot Swim Team for five years under coach Larry Collins and was the only member of the team to reach NCSA Junior Nationals...is a Patriots Swim Team recordholder in the 100 back and 200 back...named All-Tournament, All-League and All-Section honors in 2009 and '10 on the Our Lady of Lourdes High School's basketball team and played on the school's soccer team from 2005-08...nominated student body presidentduring senior year and was a National Honor Society member...winner of numerous leadership and academic awards including the Lourdes Faculty Award, the Sage Scholarship Award and the Principal Award for Leadership Skills.
