2008-09:Zane McLain finished ninth on the 3M board and 11th on the 1M board at the Big East Championships...qualified for the NCAA Zone Diving Meet...was one of four Panthers to sweep the 3M diving event and one of three who swept the 1M board against WVU...voted Pitt Performer of the Meet against Cincinnati for two second-place finishes.
2007-2008: McLain placed third in the 1M event against West Virginia. HIGH SCHOOL: McLain was named an Athletic All-American in his senior season...three-time county all-star...posted three Dallastown school records...placed ninth on the board at states as a senior...two-time district runner-up...two-time league meet champion...lettered in track and field where he placed 13th at states in the pole vault...member of National Honor Society and student council. PERSONAL: Son of Scott and Andrea McLain...born on November 6, 1988...has two brothers....a pre-med major. |
