2013-2014: In her first meet back after an injury, she placed in the finals of the 100 backstroke and the 200 backstroke at the Pitt Invite...Earned a third place finish in the 100 back against WVU...Finished third in the 100 back and 200 back against JMU and Denison...Finished second in the 100 back and 200 back against Villanova...Finished first in the 100 backstroke at the Western Pa. Invite...Competed at the ACC Championships, swimming the 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke and 100 butterfly.

2012-2013: Took fifth place in both the 100 and 200 backstroke against Virginia while also swimming in both the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays...Against Cincinnati Deschenes placed third in the 100 back and third in the 200 back...Against Notre Dame, she would place fourth in the women's 200 yard backstroke while also swimming in the 100 yard backstroke, 100 yard butterfly, and 200 yard medley relay...Finished the Pitt Invitational with a second place result in the championship finals of both the women's 100 and 200 yard backstroke as well as a third place finishing the 400 yard medley relay...At the AT&T Winter Nationals she swam a 56.77 in the 100 back... She finished second in the women's 200 yard medley relay against West Virginia...Deschenes also placed second in the 100 yard back against WVU.

2011 - 2012: CSCAA Academic All-American...2012 Big East Championship qualifier...aided 400 medley relay team to a sixth-place finish...claimed an NCAA B cut time and a fifth-place finish in the 100 back (55.06)...finished among the top 20 for the 200 back (1:59.00) at the conference meet held at Trees Pool...member of the first place 200 medley relay team against St. Bonaventure (Oct. 22)...assisted the winning 400 medley relay team versus Cincinnati (Nov. 11)...placed second in the 200 free and third in the 200 back against West Virginia (Jan. 7).

2010 - 2011 (At Stony Brook): Named to the America East All-Conference team...won the 2011 America East 100 back event...touched second in the conference in the 200 back and seventh in the 100 fly...set school records in the 100 and 200 back at her first collegiate swim meet..reset the 100 and 200 back records and also broke the 100 fly school record at the conference championships...aided in setting school records in the 200 and 400 medley relays at America East...helped the 400 and 800 free relay teams reach season-best times at the same meet.

High School: Medalist at 2011 Canadian Age Group Championships...set a club record and provincial record in the 50 back for girls 15-17 at the 2010 LC Manitoba/Saskatchewan Open Championship...a member of the 200 medley relay team that broke a Canadian record in 2008...competed in the 2007 Western Canada Summer games and 2009 Canada Games...seeded first in all of her events on Saturday at the 2011 LC Manitoba/Saskatchewan Open Championship...qualified for the Canadian Senior Nationals in seven events...rated among the top three in Manitoba in 10 events...a member of the Manta Swim Club.
