ANNAPOLIS, Md.-Junior Adam Maczewski of the men’s swimming and diving team earned his second 100 back ECAC Championship title at Lejeune Hall on the U.S. Naval Academy’s campus Saturday night.
Maczewski entered the 100 back race as the top seed after winning the prelims with a time of 47.75. He paced the finals in similar fashion, touching the wall with a NCAA provisional time of 47.51. That finish also shattered his previous ECAC Championship meet record of 48.42 from last year.
Maczewski and the Panthers now await NCAA Championship berths.
