BLACKSBURG, Va. – Angelika McGhee made the finals of the women’s 1 meter competition and placed 18th overall at the NCAA Zone A Qualifying Meet at the Christianburg Aquatic Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.
McGhee qualified 13th and finished 18th with a total score of 431.95. Kaylea Arnett of Virginia Tech placed first in the event with a total score of 606.35, and Danielle Cecco of Connecticut was second with 591.60 points as those two advanced to the NCAA Championship Meet.
Platform diving will conclude the action at the NCAA Zone Diving Meet on Sunday afternoon beginning at Noon.
