2014-15: First Team All-America...Placed Eighth at NCAA Outdoor Nationals in 400mH...Ran the nation's fourth fastest time in the 400 meter hurdles at 49.41...Won the ACC title in the 400mH and broke his own school record with his time of 49.41...Also placed sixth in the 110mH at ACCs and helped the men's 4x400 meter relay team take third overall with a season-best time of 3:07.35.
2014-2015 Outdoor: Second Team All-America in 400mH with a 16th place finish at NCAA Nationals...Also a member of the NCAA Outdoor Championships 4X400 relay team that finished 11th in the nation with a time of 3:06.61...named ACC Male Performer of the Week for the week of May 19...placed first overall at the IC4A Championships in the 400H (51.50)...ran a then-personal best (51.73) in the 400H at the Virginia Challenge...raced as a part of the school-record breaking 4X400M relay (3:03.44) at the Penn Relays.
2013-14 Indoor: In his collegiate debut, Palmer finished third overall in the 60M hurdles (8.17) at the PSU Relays...clocked in as the second-fastest freshman in the ACC with a 47.53 in the 400M dash...ran a personal-best time in the 60H (8.08) at the Nittany Lion Challenge...posted his fastest time in the 200M dash in 22.27 at the Hokie Invite...ran the 4X400M relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 3:06.31...named to the All-ACC Academic Track and Field Team.
High School: Palmer was three year national USATF Junior Olympic Champion in the 400M hurdles...member of the American Family Insurance USA Today All USA Track and Field Boys National Team...a district finalist in the open 400M as a freshman...OCC champion in the 300M hurdles as a sophomore...OCC regional champion and state runner-up in the 300M hurdles as a junior...also OCC district 110M hurdles champion...again OCC district, region and state champion as a senior...finished in first-place at state finals in the 110 and 300 meter hurdles...Ohio Gatorade athlete of the year...also played four years of basketball, including two years on varsity and as a team captain.
