2006: Crossed third at the Duquesne Duals with a season-best time of 18:40...Finished first for DU and fourth overall at the National Catholic Invitational with a time of 18:43...Had Duquesne's top times at the Paul Short Invitational (22:08) and the NCAA Pre-Nationals (22:23)...Only competed in four events during the season.
2005: Saw limited time due to an illness...4th for the Dukes and 43rd overall at the A-10 cross country championship...2nd for the DU and 42nd overall at the ECAC championships with a time of 19:03.9.
2004: Placed 10th overall earning a spot on the Atlantic 10 Cross Country All-Conference team crossing in 18:28...Top three finisher in six meets for the Red & Blue...8th overall at the Duquesne Duals and 6th at the Duquesne XC Invitational...DU's top 3,000 m indoor mark (10:05.68) at the Akron Indoor Open...Won the mile at Bucknell as well as the 4 x 800 m relay...Won the 4 x 800 at Penn State Indoor Open...Won the 3,000 m Steeplechase at the A-10 outdoor championship in A-10 record and ECAC qualifying time...Won silver in the 1,500 meter at the A-10 outdoor championship.
North Allegheny High School:Lettered four times in cross-country and three times in track...Two-year team captain in cross-country...Part of three WPIAL Championship cross country teams at North Allegheny High School - 2000, 2001, and 2003...Was a part of the PIAA Runner-Up squad in 2000...Was also a member of a three-time WPIAL Champion teams for outdoor track from 2001-2003...Placed 11th in the 2003 PIAA and fourth in the WPIAL in cross country...Placed ninth in the PIAA in 2001 as a member of the 4 x 400 m relay and 11th in the PIAA in 2003 as a member of the 4 x 800 m relay in outdoor track...Helped her 4 x 400 and 4 x 800 relay squads take second in the WPIAL in 2001...Active in volunteer work.
