Louisville, Ky.-The University of Pittsburgh cross country team competed in the Big East cross country championships this weekend in Louisville, Ky.

 The Pitt men's team finished in 13th in the 8K event while the women's team came in 16th place in the 6K.

On the men's side, the Panthers were led by sophomore Rich Addison with a time of 26:11.30. He was followed by fellow sophomore Ben Kisley who crossed the finish line with a time of 26:31.80.

For the women, freshman Morgan Perry paced the Panthers with a time of 23:19.50.

Villanova finished first in both the men's and women's races.

The Panthers return to action Nov. 12 in the NCAA Regional Championship in Princess Anne, Md.
