2013: The only Panther to start all 59 games on the season...led the Big East with 218 assists...hit .266 with 41 runs, two homers and 23 RBI...smashed his first-career homerun against Wofford...went 5-for-5 with two RBI against Youngstown State on March 10...had a 10 game hitting streak from March 10-March 27...registered his 100th hit, a homerun, against Cincinnati...tallied multiple hits in each game of the Georgetown series...had a two RBI triple in Pitt's Big East Tournament win over St. John's.
2012: Emerged as Pitt's starting shortstop during his junior season, making 41 starts at the position...batted .299 with a .391 on-base percentage and .344 slugging percentage...finished the season with 47 hits, six of which were for extra bases...reached base safely in 18 consecutive games...compiled 11 multi-hit games...led the team in sacrifice bunts (6)...had top-five finishes in stolen bases (5), walks (19), assists (120), and fielding double plays (22) for the Panthers...was a perfect 3-3 with three runs and two RBI in the Panthers' 14-5 win against West Virginia on April 22...went 4-4 in Pitt's 8-2 win over Louisville on May 18.

High School: As a senior at Butler High School, Oswald helped his team advance to the semifinals for the AAAA WPIAL title...batted .372 for the season...played the entire season at shortstop...was chosen by the Western Pennsylvania Coaches Association as an infielder on the 2009 WPIAL AAAA All-Star team...Oswald also played East Butler American Legion where he batted .553 with 20 stolen bases...in that season Oswald contributed to the team winning the district title and advancing to the semifinals at regionals...also chosen to play shortstop for the Pennsylvania American Legion All-West All-Star Game.
