2012: Emerged as Pitt's starting shortstop during his junior season, making 41 starts at the position...batted .299 with a .391 on-base percentage and .344 slugging percentage...finished the season with 47 hits, six of which were for extra bases...reached base safely in 18 consecutive games...compiled 11 multi-hit games...led the team in sacrifice bunts (6)...had top-five finishes in stolen bases (5), walks (19), assists (120), and fielding double plays (22) for the Panthers...was a perfect 3-3 with three runs and two RBI in the Panthers' 14-5 win against West Virginia on April 22...went 4-4 in Pitt's 8-2 win over Louisville on May 18.

High School: Helped Butler High School advance to the WPIAL AAAA semifinals his senior year...batted .372, playing the entire season at shortstop...chosen by the Western Pennsylvania Coaches Association as an infielder on the 2009 WPIAL AAAA All-Star team...batted .553 with 20 stolen bases for his East Butler American Legion team...contributed to his legion team winning the district title and advancing to the semifinals at regionals...chosen to play shortstop for the Pennsylvania American Legion All-West All-Star Game.
