2014: Saw action in three games pitching 2.0 innings in limited action.

2013: Saw action in 22 games out of the pen...tallied a 3-4 record with a 4.17 ERA in 36.2 innings of work...had two saves and 25 strikeouts on the year...struck out four against Wofford and Penn State...earned wins against Wofford, Penn State and Youngstown State and saves against Manhattan and Towson...recorded a strikeout in 10 of his final 11 outings.

2012: Posted a 2-2 record and 4.45 ERA during his sophomore campaign...recorded 35 strikeouts while walking 13 batters in 32.1 innings...his ratio of 9.74 strikeouts per nine innings led the pitching staff...tied for first on the team in relief appearances (17)...started against Akron on April 10 and earned a winning decision to go along with his eight strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work...struck out five batters in three innings of relief against Youngstown State on May 15 in a 5-2 win...tossed 6.2 consecutive shutout innings in relief appearances against USF (April 14), Akron (April 18), and West Virginia (April 22).

2011: Made two appearances in 2011...tallied two strikeouts in 3.1 innings pitched...gave up three hits...received a medical redshirt.

2010: Tallied 31 strikeouts in 37.0 innings pitched... notched his first career victory against Rutgers on April 3 and finished with a 3-4 overall record...recorded a career-high six strikeouts in just three innings pitched against Ball State on March 5...second in saves on the season with five...threw two hitless, scoreless innings of relief to set up the single-season record-breaking save for teammate Joe Leonard on May 15.

High School: Leonardi helped his team to the city championship title in both 2008 and 2009...he was named an all-city pitcher (2006, 2007 and 2009), all-city catcher in 2008 and all-city infielder in 2007...named to the Tribune Review's Top 10 High School Baseball Players in 2008...was the team captain as a sophomore, junior and senior...played Springdale baseball all four years...helped the swim team to the city league championship title (2006-2009)...earned 12 gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal...USMC distinguished athlete in 2009...a National Honor Society member.

Personal: Born April 18, 1991...son of Joe and the late Judy Leonardi...has one sister, Jamie...completed a degree in health and physical activity and is now pursuing a graduate degree in health and fitness.
