FRESHMAN (2010) Jeff Kelly recorded his first career win against Memphis on February 27...in that contest he gave up no runs in 2.1 innings of relief...had 15 strikeouts in 21.1 innings of relief...recorded an 8.02 ERA in 13 appearances.
HIGH SCHOOL As a two-year varsity member of the Owen J. Roberts High School baseball team Kelly had 85 strike outs and posted a 2.63 ERA in 66.2 innings pitched...selected by both ESPN Rise Magazine and the Philadelphia Inquirer as one of the top 10 "Pitchers to Watch" in the greater Philadelphia area in 2009...two-time second team All-PAC 10 honoree (2008 and 2009)...led Owen J. Roberts to claim the 2009 PAC-10 Baseball Championship title and guided the Wildcats to take the 2008-09 Chester County American Legion Championship...three-time Region 3/American Legion Champion while at Owen J. Roberts (2007-09)...five year member of the All-Star Baseball Academy...came in third place nationally at the 2008 World Wood Bat Tournament...also played football.
