JUNIOR (2004): Adam Luckette finished with a 1-1 record and a 6.98 ERA...appeared in 12 games, starting one...had a season-high three strikeouts twice (Florida Int. and Kent State)...picked up his only win of the season in a 12-11 victory over at Virginia Tech...worked 2.1 scoreless innings and gave up four hits with two strikeouts. SOPHOMORE (2003): Luckette completed his second campaign as a Panther, posting a mark of 2-0...tossed a season-high six innings and struck out a season-best four batters to earn his first win of the season against Kent State on March 19...appeared in 17 games...earned second win of the season in 4.1 innings of relief work at Akron on April 8...recorded two saves on the year...posted team-bests in ERA (2.94), opponent batting average (.197) and tied for the team lead in win-loss percentage (1.000). FRESHMAN (2002): In his first active season, Luckette was very productive for the Panther pitching staff...pitched in five contests, starting one (Niagara, May 2), and finished with a perfect 2-0 record with an impressive 2.77 ERA...held opponents to a dismal .186 batting average against him and allowed eight hits (seven singles) in 13 innings pitched...notched his first career victory with a 11-4 victory over Niagara, pitching 5.2 innings and allowing four hits and four runs (three earned)...his other victory of the season was in the nightcap of the DH against UConn...tossed 2.1 innings against the Huskies and gave up just one hit with one strikeout...versus nationally ranked Florida State, threw 1.2 innings and gave up only one hit. REDSHIRT(2001): Luckette redshirted as a true freshman. HIGH SCHOOL: Luckette was honored as an all-state, all-county and all-league pitcher at Solvay High...National Honor Society...graduated with high honors...was the top-ranked male in his senior class...also played basketball and football.
