2013: A first-team All-Big East selection...led the Panthers with 10 wins and a 2.35 ERA...had a team best four complete games and struck out 76 in 114.2 innings of work...went 7-plus innings in 13 of his 15 starts...pitched seven innings with nine strikeouts in Pitt's season opener at Wichita State...earned his first win of the season with an 8.0 inning seven strikeout performance against Wofford...won four straight starts against Youngstown State, Toledo, St. John's and Towson prior to taking a hard-luck loss at USF where he allowed no earned runs and struck out six...rattled off four consecutive wins after the loss at USF including a complete game shutout of Notre Dame...went 8.0 innings allowing a mere four hits in Pitt's Big East Tournament win over St. John's.

2012: Lauded as the Big East Pitcher of the Week for Week 7 and the Big East Weekly Honor Roll for Week 11...posted a 6-6 record and 3.76 ERA in 14 starts...finished first in ERA among the team's starting pitchers and second on the staff in games started, wins, and innings pitched (95.2)...recorded 72 strikeouts, striking out five or more batters on nine occasions...held opponents to a .283 batting average...pitched four complete games, including a shutout against Cincinnati on May 31 where he struck out seven and surrendered just four hits and one walk...put together a scoreless streak of 22 innings during three consecutive starts against Notre Dame (March 24), Cincinnati (March 31), and Connecticut (April 6)...allowed no walks in games against Sacred Heart (March 7), Hartford (March 17), Georgetown (April 28), and Seton Hall (May 12)...struck out a career-high nine batters in the 5-0 win against Georgetown.

2011: Finished his freshman season with a 4.31 ERA...posted a 4-5 record after starting in 11 of the 13 games he took the mound...totaled 49 strikeouts in 71 innings pitched.

High School: Mildren had an amazing 88 strike outs in 54 innings pitched with only five walks his senior season with Laurel Highlands...had a 0.87 ERA his senior year and a career ERA under 2.00...led Laurel Highlands to four WPIAL Section 2-AAA Championships in baseball...named the 2010 MSA Sports Network Male Athlete of the Year...selected 2010 Tribune-Review Male Athlete of the Year and two-time Tribune-Review H.S. Baseball Player of the Year...2010 WPIAL AAA All-Star selection and Most Valuable Pitcher...four-time WPIAL Section 2-AAA first team and Fayette County Coaches Association first team selection...2010 Post-Gazette All-WPIAL Team and Section 2-AAA MVP...broke Laurel Highlands records for most career wins (23), career strikeouts (284) and strikeouts in a season (88) standout at Laurel Highlands...tallied more than 1,000 points...led the Mustangs to two WPIAL Section 3-AAA Championships...spent two seasons under Coach Fred Albert with the Allegheny Pirates...led the Orioles Scout Team to the 2009 WWBA World Championship under the direction of Coach Lee Banks...a member of the National Honor Society.
