Junior (2001): In his third season with the Panthers, Brad Rea continued to make his mark offensively for Pittsburgh...finished the season as the top Panther power hitter wtih 12 home runs, 49 RBIs, 95 total bases and a .572 slugging percentage while batting .295...is already the school's career leader in RBIs (132) and is on pace to break the marks for home runs, hits, doubles, runs scored and at-bats...had four RBIs in one game in six different outings...began the season with three hits, three runs and four RBIs against Albany, including a home run...hit his third career grand slam in a 10-6 setback to Niagara...in the Canisius doubleheader, finished with two home runs and six RBIs...in the Panthers' 10-9 victory over Youngstown State, blasted a two-run homer and a two-run double to finish with four RBIs and two runs scored...was 2-for-5 with four RBIs against Akron (May 1)...in the Villanova series, finished 6-for-13 with two home runs, five RBIs and four runs scored.
