2013: A second-team All-Big East selection...played in 57 games, making 54 starts...finished the year with a .311 average with a team and Big East best 12 homeruns and 54 RBI...set a school record with 51 walks drawn on the season...hit his first homerun in the season opener at Wichita State, a pinch hit two-run shot to give Pitt a lead it wouldn't relinquish...had a two homer and five RBI day against Wofford...went 3-for-3 against Niagara with two homeruns and 7 RBIs...had a 10 game hitting streak from April 7-April 20...had five RBI performances against Coppin State and Rutgers...drew walks in 13 of the Panthers' final 15 games.

2012: Made 11 appearances for the Panthers in 2012, starting in two games...scored his only run of the season against Wofford on Feb. 24, a game in which he walked once and was hit by a pitch...hit an RBI double in Pitt's 10-6 win over Hartford on March 18.

2011: Redshirt season.

2010: Competed in 11 games during his rookie season...recorded his first collegiate base hit on March 5 against Albany...finished 2010 batting .250 with six runs scored, three hits and two RBI.

High School: In his senior year at Pennsbury, Shelinsky posted a .386 batting average, batted .444 in league play, scored 22 runs, had 20 RBI and hit six home runs...led his team to the Carpenter Cup Championship in 2008...announced by ESPN Rise magazine as a top player for the greater Philadelphia area...selected by the Philadelphia Inquirer as the third overall outfielder in Southeastern Pa... a second team all-south Eastern Pa. honoree...first team selection by SOL and awarded the Golden Team honor by the Courier Times...two-year member of both the Bandits club team and the Big League 30's...four-year honor roll student.
