PINE BLUFF, Ark. – With severe thunderstorms moving through the southern region on Sunday and into Monday, Pitt and Arkansas Pine Bluff have moved the series up and will play two games on Saturday evening beginning at 5 p.m. CST.
The original schedule was slated for two games on Sunday and one game on Monday, but was instead moved to one game on Saturday and two on Sunday. As the storms continue to near, both clubs decided a Saturday doubleheader was most efficient.
This is the final non-conference series for the Panthers before they end the season with ACC opponents Boston College, Maryland and Notre Dame.
