PITTSBURGH – Due to forecasted thunderstorms throughout Tuesday evening, the baseball game between Pitt and Kent State at Charles L. Cost Field has been cancelled.

Tonight’s thunderstorms are calling for heavy amounts of rain and there is no three hour window in which a nine inning game could be completed without the potential of numerous delays.

The Panthers will conclude the regular season this Thursday-Saturday with a three game set at Notre Dame. Pitt is currently in a tie for the 10th and final spot for the ACC Tournament with NC State. The Wolfpack ends the season at Virginia Tech.

An online stream and live stats for all three games this weekend can been found here, while in-game updates will also be available by following @PittBaseballACC on Twitter.
