*The win gives Pitt its 10th Big East regular season victory. Pitt has now won 10-plus games in the Big East Conference in each of the last six seasons. Pitt is the only program in the Big East Conference to win 20 or more overall games and 10 or more league games in each of the last six seasons.

 

*Aaron Gray finished the contest with 22 points and seven rebounds. It was the 11th 20-point contest of his career.

 

*Gray needs just 16 points to reach the 1,000-point mark for his career. He now has 984 career points.

 

*Levon Kendall finished with a season-high 10 rebounds.

 

*Antonio Graves scored 13 points in 31 minutes. It was his 32nd double figure scoring contest of his career and 14th of the season.
