RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - L.F. Likcholitov scored six points in overtime Sunday as Virginia Commonwealth rallied to defeat Pittsburgh 76-73.
Likcholitov had two field goals and hit two of four free throws in the overtime period in which the Rams (6-3) never trailed.
Pittsburgh (6-2) led 52-38 with 13:34 remaining in regulation. The Panthers could manage just five field goals the remainder of the game.
The Panthers missed seven of 10 free throws in the final 10 minutes.
Domonic Jones sparked the Rams rally scoring 13 points in the final 15:15 of regulation. The Rams tied the game at 66 on Bo Jones' one-hander in the lane with 8.2 seconds remaining.
Bo Jones finished with 23 points and Domonic Jones with 15. Likcholitov added 12. Isaac Hawkins led the Panthers with a season-high 21 points and 12 rebounds. Ricardo Greer added 20 points and Chad Johnson 11.
