A point guard and consensus top-60 national recruit, James Robinson has been described as a consistent winner, floor general, student of the game, first-class leader and competitor who makes teammates better around him. He is a player who works hard on perfecting his game, displays a high basketball IQ and makes the right plays on the court. Robinson is a great passer who is skilled at penetrating into the lane off the dribble. A true winner with the ability to lead, he does a superb job of helping his team when it needs it most. His strengths include ball handling, passing, a strong mid-range game and competitive nature. A physically strong all-around player, he has been described as solid in every aspect of the game.
