26 Panthers Honored on Big East All-Academic Team

The Pitt football team had 26 student-athletes named to the Big East All-Academic Team, it was announced by the league office.

2013: Played in 11 games in his first active season...served on special teams and as a reserve Sam linebacker...had eight tackles, 2.5 TFLs and one fumble recovery...had a season-high three tackles with one TFL in the opener vs. Florida State...had two tackles with a personal-best 1.5 TFLs vs. Old Dominion...recovered a fumble vs. Virginia on the Cavs' 18-yard line that Pitt parlayed into a touchdown and 14-0 lead.

2012: Redshirted as a true freshman...Big East All-Academic Football Team honoree.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time Associated Press All-Ohio Division II honoree for perennial power Trotwood-Madison...Ohio Southwest District Division II Defensive Player of the Year...compiled 60 tackles, five interceptions (returning two for touchdowns) and two fumble recoveries as a senior...was a varsity starter since his freshman season...Bradley led Trotwood-Madison to a 15-0 record and the state title as a senior...his final two seasons, Trotwood-Madison went a combined 27-3 (.900) with two state championship game berths...selected to play in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl, which showcased 100 of the country's premier senior players at Chase Field in Phoenix...rated one of Ohio's top 45 players by Rivals and Scout...played under Coach Maurice Douglass...also a four-year varsity letterman in basketball and helped his team to four consecutive district championship games.
