2013: Played in 11 games, starting nine at middle linebacker...totaled 56 tackles, 3.5 TFLs, one pass breakup and one interception...missed the Sept. 28 Virginia game (ribs) and Nov. 2 Georgia Tech contest (collarbone) due to injuries...had a season-high nine tackles vs. North Carolina...had eight tackles vs. Florida State...had seven tackles and his first career INT at Duke...had seven stops and a TFL assist vs. Notre Dame.

2012: Played in 10 games, starting eight at middle linebacker...missed three full games due to injuries, including the Buffalo and Temple contests (left ankle sprain) and the BBVA Compass Bowl vs. Ole Miss (neck injury)...had 48 tackles, six TFLs and 1.5 sacks on the year...had a career-high 10 stops vs. Youngstown State...made critical back-to-back plays in the Virginia Tech victory when in the third quarter he helped stuff the Hokies for no gain on 3rd-and-1 and then again on 4th-and-1 from the Pitt 35...despite limited time at Notre Dame due to an ankle injury, had a four-yard TFL on the goal line to force a field goal...had a 12-yard sack at Cincinnati and a one-yard sack assist vs. Virginia Tech.

2011: Played in all 13 games, starting the season's initial two contests (Buffalo and Maine) at Sam linebacker...compiled 22 tackles, one TFL and one fumble recovery...had a season-high six tackles against Maine to tie for the team lead...had four tackles at Rutgers...recovered a fumble at West Virginia on the punt coverage unit, leading to a Pitt field goal.

2010: Lettered in his first active season, playing in all 13 games and starting one (Syracuse) at Sam linebacker...had seven tackles on the year.

2009: Redshirted as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: All-Florida 6A (largest classification) linebacker who compiled 150 tackles and 15 sacks over his final two seasons at Cypress Bay...had 87 tackles, nine tackles for loss, six sacks and four forced fumbles as a senior...averaged 7.7 yards per carry as a fullback, netting 146 yards with two touchdowns on 19 carries...All-Broward County...selected to play in the Dade vs. Broward All-Star Game...helped Cypress Bay to a combined 20-4 mark (.833) over his final two seasons, including back-to-back 6A District 11 championships...SuperPrep All-Dixie Team...rated one of the top 105 players in Florida by SuperPrep...PrepStar All-Southeast Region...a four-year varsity starter, including his junior and senior seasons at Cypress Bay...started as a freshman and sophomore at Chaminade-Madonna High and was a member of the Lions' 2005 2A state title team...played under Coach Mark Guandolo...also a track and field letterman.
