2015: Started all 13 games at Star linebacker...finished fourth on the team with 66 tackles and added 9.5 TFLs and 3.5 sacks...tied for the team lead in forced fumbles (two) and fumble recoveries (one)...selected third team All-ACC by the coaches...named the ACC Linebacker of the Week for his performance in Pitt's season-opening 45-37 win over Youngstown State...against YSU, Grigsby compiled 10 tackles, two quarterback sacks and three total TFLs--all career highs...his TFLs went for 19 lost yards and he added one pass breakup and one QB hurry...had nine tackles with a sack assist in a 17-13 win at Virginia Tech, helping Pitt limit the Hokies to just 100 total yards.

2014: Played in all 13 games, starting one...starting assignment came at middle linebacker against Georgia Tech...voted by his teammates as one of three Pitt captains for the 2014 season...Grigsby, who represented the special teams, was the only non-senior selected a captain...totaled 28 tackles, four TFLs and three sacks...tied for the team lead with two forced fumbles...had four tackles, two TFLs, a four-yard sack and a forced fumble at FIU...had four stops and a seven-yard sack against Houston in the Armed Forces Bowl...with Pitt protecting a 21-16 lead late in the fourth quarter, had a key 10-yard sack on Virginia Tech's final possession, helping to clinch the win.

2013: Played in 12 games, starting two contests...starting assignments came in the Sept. 2 opener vs. Florida State (Sam linebacker) and Nov. 2 game at Georgia Tech (middle linebacker)...missed the Nov. 9 Notre Dame game due to an ankle injury...totaled 23 tackles, four TFLs and three sacks on the year...had a season-high six stops at Georgia Tech...played in a standup defensive end role in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl vs. Bowling Green and had three total tackles, including a season-high 2.5 TFLs and 1.5 sacks.

2012: Played in 12 games, starting the season's initial two contests (Youngstown State and Cincinnati) at Will linebacker...totaled 27 tackles on the year...had a season-high nine tackles vs. Youngstown State...had seven stops at Cincinnati.

2011: Redshirted as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: First team All-Ohio Division II linebacker at Trotwood-Madison...first team Southwest All-District...Dayton Daily News All-Area Division I-II...collected 154 tackles, four sacks, four forced fumbles and one interception (returned 70 yards for a touchdown) as a senior...led Trotwood-Madison to a 12-3 record and the Ohio Division II state championship game...had 10.5 tackles in the state title game against Maple Heights...selected to play in the OHSFCA North-South Classic all-star game...rated the No. 15 prospect in Ohio by Rivals...rated the country's No. 16 outside linebacker by Rivals...played under Coach Maurice Douglass...also a three-year letterman in track.
