2012: Played in the final nine games, starting seven contests at Will linebacker...missed the first four games of the year due to his recovery from offseason left knee surgery...totaled 59 tackles, 1.5 sacks, five pass breakups, one interception and one blocked punt (which he recovered in the end zone for a TD vs. Louisville)...twice had a career-high 11 tackles (Buffalo and Notre Dame)...turned back a USF scoring threat with an INT at the Pitt 5 and returned it 33 yards.

2011: Played in 10 games, starting six at outside linebacker...missed three games due to left knee injury (Rutgers, Utah and BBVA Compass Bowl vs. SMU)...had 47 tackles, four TFLs, 1.5 sacks, one INT and one forced fumble...had a season-high eight tackles at Iowa...had seven tackles vs. Cincinnati and his first career INT that he returned 39 yards to the Bearcats' four-yard line to set up Pitt's first TD...had five tackles (all solo), a 10-yard sack and a forced fumble vs. Syracuse...had a sack assist vs. Connecticut.

2010: Redshirted as a true freshman...sustained a left knee injury in early October that resulted in surgery.

PREP SCHOOL: Spent the 2009 season at Milford Academy (N.Y.)...rated the No. 4 prep school prospect in the country by Rivals...was named Milford's Most Valuable Defensive Player after compiling 66 tackles, 12 pass breakups and four interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, as a starting safety...helped the Falcons to an 8-5 record against a schedule comprised primarily of collegiate competition...played under Milford coach Bill Chaplick.
