2009 Scouting Report: Coming off an outstanding offseason, Turner appears ready to make his final collegiate season his best...although primarily a split end, has the knowledge and skills to contribute in multiple receiver positions...complements his lengthy frame with great leaping ability...was a state high jump champion in high school.

2008: Played in all 13 games, starting eight...compiled 298 receiving yards on 21 catches (14.2 avg.) with one TD...twice had season highs of five catches (Bowling Green and Buffalo)...had season-high 69 receiving yards vs. Buffalo...lone TD was a leaping 26-yarder vs. Louisville, putting Pitt ahead, 17-0...set up Pitt's first touchdown at Notre Dame with a 37-yard reception to the Irish 4...Turner's catch-and-run converted a 4th-and-1 at the Notre Dame 41.

2007: Led Pitt in receiving yards (496) and receiving TDs (five)...was second with 36 catches...third on the team in scoring with 34 points (five receiving TDs and two 2-point conversion receptions)...averaged 13.8 yards/catch...posted game highs with six catches for 74 yards vs. Navy, including a five-yard TD...six catches matched his career best...had an acrobatic 17-yard TD catch against Syracuse, tight-rope walking the left side of the end zone to get both feet down...had five catches for 54 yards for the game against the Orange...had four catches for 70 yards and a two-yard TD reception at Virginia...had four catches for 64 yards and a 21-yard TD vs. UConn...had four catches for 74 yards vs. Grambling...caught a 2-point conversion pass vs. Cincinnati to complete the scoring in a 24-17 Pitt victory...had a 21-yard TD catch vs. Eastern Michigan in the opener.

High School: Compiled over 1,600 yards receiving during his senior and junior seasons at Teaneck to twice earn unanimous first team All-North New Jersey Interscholastic League (NNJIL)...
