Dec. 14, 2006

The most thrilling play of the 2006 college football season involved the Pitt Panthers at Heinz Field.

That's what ESPN is saying in its annual review of the most exciting moments of the year.

This past week, the all-sports network ranked Darrelle Revis' 73-yard punt return for a touchdown against West Virginia the top play of the college football season.

Sprung by a devastating Derek Kinder block that took out not one but two West Virginia defenders, Revis weaved his way up the sideline and ultimately got to the end zone with one final spin move inside the 10-yard line.
