PITTSBURGH—KDKA-TV will televise two Pitt Sun Bowl specials hosted by sports anchor Bob Pompeani.

On Tuesday, December 30, from 7:30 to 8 p.m., Pompeani will host the first special featuring player interviews, stories, highlights from the 2008 season and a special interview with Head Coach Dave Wannstedt conducted by KDKA sports anchor Jory Rand.

Pompeani will host a live pre-game show from the KDKA-TV studios on Wednesday, December 31, from 1:30 to 2 p.m. The show will feature live looks from the Sun Bowl in El Paso, analysis, predictions and a breakdown of the matchups with Oregon State.

The 75th Annual Brut Sun Bowl will air on KDKA-TV as part of a national CBS telecast at 2 p.m.

If you’re a Pitt fan you won’t want to miss Bob Pompeani’s Pitt Sun Bowl Specials on KDKA-TV.  They’re the next best thing to being in El Paso.
