2000: Clay Haflich made an immediate impact in Pittsburgh's defensive scheme in his first season...started all 18 games...recorded his first career assist in a 4-1 win over St. Francis (PA) (Sept. 6)...scored his first career goal, the game-winner, in a 1-0 shutout over Canisius (Sept. 19)...also scored a goal in the Panthers' 2-1 win over Robert Morris (Oct. 10)...finished the year with five points (two goals, one assist) and 16 shots on goal.
