2003-04: Ross Lannan finished among the team leaders in three different events...swam season-best times in both the 500 and 1650 freestyle at the Indiana Invitational in November...also swam a career-best time in 1000 free (9:52.04) at the Christmas Meet Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lannan swam for the Souderton League for nine years and for the GAAC for a total ofthree years...competed mostly in freestyle and IM events...attended Valley Forge Military Academy in 2002-03.

PERSONAL: Born February 18, 1984...son of Kenneth and Susan Lannan...has one brother...a communications major.
