2003-04: David Montgomery was among the Panthers' strongest in both the 100 and 200 breaststroke events as a freshman...placed fifth and sixth in the 100 and 200 breast, respectively, at the Indiana Invitational in November...competed and scored in his first Big East Championship in the 200 breast.

HIGH SCHOOL: Montgomery swam in the Junior National championships...was named first team All-State his senior year and second team his junior year...placed first in state championships each year...a North Texas sectionals champion in the 100 and 200 breast and competitor in the 100 breast...competed in the US Open in the 200 breast.
