2008-09: Posted a 5-10 record on the year as a freshman, wrestling in open tournaments in the 125 pound weight class for the Panthers...Earned his first collegiate win at the Keystone Classic with a 6-1 victory over Ryan Dowd (Boston)...Recorded two falls on the year, including a :55 pin of Ray Kelly (Notre Dame College) at the Cleveland State Open...Went 2-2 at the Kent State Open with one fall to place sixth.

High School: Enters Pitt as a four-time Pennsylvania state qualifier out of Middletown, where he tallied a 134-33 career record under coaches Mike Nauman and Tony Griff...Completed his senior season with 38 wins and just five losses...Twice medaled at the PIAA state tournament, finishing fifth as a senior and fourth as a junior...Gained back-to-back district championships in 2007 and 2008...A two-time Section I champion...Named to the Mid-Penn Conference first team four times...Led Pa.
