2011-12: Redshirted the season...finished 8-9 with two pins and two major decisions competing in open tournaments...posted a 3-2 record at the Cleveland State Open and a 2-2 record at both the East Stroudsburg Open and Ashland Simonson Open...won first career match with a first-period fall over Michael Innes (Army) at the season-opening Buffalo Open...defeated Edinboro's David Osterberg, 8-3, in his only match against an EWL opponent.
