Lauren Reinshuttle begins her second season on the Pitt women's basketball staff and her sixth working with head coach Suzie McConnell-Serio. Reinshuttle is responsible for all aspects of video for the team, including film exchange and scouting services. She will also help to oversee the coordination of the Suzie McConnell-Serio Basketball Camps.
Reinshuttle served as a graduate assistant at her alma mater, Duquesne, the past two seasons. Prior to her graduate stint, the Fairfax Station, Va. native was a student manager on McConnell-Serio's staff.
In her only season as a player (2007-08) for the Dukes, Reinshuttle appearedin 29 games while averaging 10.5 minutes and 2.5 points per game. Her playing career was cut short due to injury.
Reinshuttle graduated from Duquesne in May 2011 with a double degree in history and sociology. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in secondary education with an emphasis on social studies from Duquesne.
