Tip-off is set for 7:50 p.m. and will be televised nationally by College Sports Television (CSTV) and locally in Storrs, Conn., on Connecticut Public Television (CPTV). The Panthers are coming off a 63-47 victory over Providence on Saturday afternoon, which snapped a six-game losing streak for Pitt. Marcedes Walker continued her dominant play by post 23 points and pulling down 16 rebounds.

The Huskies have won five of their last six games, including a 85-49 defeat of Syracuse this past weekend.

Pittsburgh and Connecticut meet for the 41st time on Tuesday with the Huskies leading the all-time series, 31-9. Connecticut has won 18 straight games in the series, including an 89-53 victory earlier this year on Jan. 26 at the Petersen Events Center. The Panthers’ last victory over the Huskies was a 76-74 triumph on Feb. 24, 1993. Pittsburgh is 4-15 all-time at Connecticut and has not won there since a 57-53 win on Jan. 18, 1986.
