PITTSBURGH - The Pitt women's basketball returns home for a rematch with No.13 West Virginia Tuesday night at the Petersen Events Center at 8 p.m.

The Panthers look to improve on their 18-8 overall and 8-5 league records, while West Virginia enters the contest at 22-4 overall and 11-2 in conference play.

The two teams last met on Feb. 13, with the Mountaineers prevailing in a 56-35 victory. West Virginia leads the overall series record, but Pitt holds a 9-7 advantage in home contests.

Senior center Marcedes Walker (Philadelphia, Pa./University City) currently leads the Big East in rebounding with an average of 10.5 per game. Walker is just 12 rebounds shy of breaking Pitt's all-time record of 1,107, currently held by Wanda Randolph.

The West Virginia contest will be broadcast on CSTV with Greg Amsinger and Debbie Antonelli calling the action.
