AS A JUNIOR (2015-16)
Member of the first Pitt gymnastics team to win the EAGL Championship…Earned a qualification for NCAA Regionals…Participated in the all-around…Finished 14th in the all-around with a score of 38.125…Placed 19th overall on floor with a 9.800 and tallied a 9.675 on vault…Tied for third on vault with a 9.850 in the EAGL Championships…Finished with an all-around score of 38.925…Earned EAGL All-Tournament First Team honors in vault and all around, and EAGL All-Tournament Second Team honors in the floor exercise…Earned EAGL Gymnast of the Week honors in Week three and seven…Posted consecutive 9.825’s on vault versus West Virginia, leading the team in the event…Scored a 9.900 on floor on the March 13 meet, a new career high…The 9.825 on floor and 38.925 all-around score led the Panthers on (3/11) at WVU…Had a 9.800 on floor and 9.775 on vault in Maryland’s five team meet…Posted 9.750 in both vault and on beam in Ohio State Tri-Meet…Had a vault score of 9.875, tying Offutt for the highest score by a Panther in the event all year, also a season and career high…The vault score secured the title in the event versus Texas Women’s (2/20)…Won the all-around title versus Texas Women’s with a 39.175, a season and career high…Had a 9.875 on floor versus Towson and Penn…Secured both the vault title (9.750) and all-around title (38.875) in meet versus New Hampshire…Placed first in the vault and ninth in the floor during the 2016 Ozone Classic (1/16).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15)

All-EAGL 2nd Team on vault and all-around...First EAGL All-Tournament Team on vault...Tied for 8th on vault at the EAGL Championships...Tied for first place on vault with a 9.775 against North Carolina...Took fifth place on vault with a 9.750 against UNC, WVU and Temple...Recorded scores of 9.575 on bars, 9.775 on vault to place fifth, and 9.750 on floor against Penn State...Placed third in all-around against Michigan State with a score of 37.350...Set a team record and personal best (38.775) to place second in the all-around competiton against NC State. Placed second on vault with a personal best score of 9.775. Recorded two other personal bests in the bars (9.650) and floor (9.775)...Placed first in all-around against Kent State and scored two personal bests: all around (38.750) and bars (9.625)...Competed in all events at New Hampshire.Tied for second on vault with a score of 9.800, recorded a 9.600 on bars, a 9.500 on beam, a 9.700 on floor. Placed third with an all around score of 38.600...Tied for fifth with fellow Panther Maebelle Pacheco after scoring 9.852 on vault at a multi-team meet at George Washington. Recorded a 9.750 on beam, tying for sixth place. Scored a 9.475 on bars (16th) and 9.425 on floor (20th) giving her an all-around result of 38.475 (seventh)...Competed in all events in the first meet against Ohio State. Recorded a 9.750 on vault, 8.900 on bars, placed second on beam with a 9.775, and 9.550 on floor. Placed second all-around with a score of 37.975...

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14)
Did not compete.


Attended Eastern Technical High School and trained at United Gymnastix for coaches Mladen Stefanov and Kari a fourth-year level 10 gymnast, Pearson was a 2013 and 2011 J.O. National qualifier, tying for third on the floor in 2013...won all four events at the Maryland State Championships in 2013 and finished third in the all-around at the Region 7 Regional Championships...finished second on vault and floor and third on beam at those championships...finished second on the vault and third on the floor at the 2012 Maryland State Championships in 2012...qualified for the 2012 National Invitational Tournament where she was the vault and bars champion and finished sixth in the 2011, Pearson earned the state uneven bars title.


Pearson's mother is Andrea, and her sister is Courtney - also a Level 10 gymnast...Major is information sciences.
