Pitt at New Hampshire meet notes

The Pitt gymnastics team (0-3, 0-1 EAGL) will travel to New Hampshire Saturday for a 4 p.m. meet against the Wildcats.

New Hampshire enters the weekend with a 7-0 record on the season, including 1-0 in EAGL competition -- a 189.725-188.925 victory over Rutgers to open the year. Pitt will get a taste of the EAGL Championship Saturday afternoon as Lundholm Gymnasium will serve as host to this year’s conference meet on March 27.

The Panthers are led by sophomore Alicia Talucci (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville), who has won both all-around competitions for Pitt this season. Last week against Ohio State, Talucci placed first on the vault, beam and floor.
