Hey Panther Fans!
With less than one month until our Blue-Gold Intrasquad against Kent State the team is excited and ready to get competition season started!
As an update, we had our annual Ghosts and Goblins Intrasquad as a fun way to celebrate Halloween and get a chance to practice a full meet situation. The Ghosts team was victorious for the second year in a row, but the entire team did an amazing job of stepping up and committing to the challenge put in front of us.
Starting on vault, our lineup successfully hit their competitive vaults; with a big shout out to sophomores Maebelle Pacheco and Ellie Pikula, who broke into the lineup this year after being out last season. Going to bars next, we had 10 girls in line-up and everyone hit their major release. Things got changed up on beam when the added challenge of competing their routines at the same time as their opponent was put into the competition. Ending on floor, the lineup competed full floor routines and are looking more conditioned than ever.
Preseason is coming to a close and we are looking forward to perfecting the details and starting out competition season stronger than ever! See you all at Kent State!
